A non-human primate infected with H.sapiens-tc/GUI/2014/Makona-C07 (EBOV/Mak) was euthanized after reaching end-point criteria. After euthanasia, the carcass was stored at 27 °C and 60% relative humidity. Oral, nasal, thoracic cavity, and conjunctiva swabs were collected at 0-, 4-, and 7-days post euthanasia. All samples were extracted with the Biomeme M1 Sample Prep.
